Booking policy
Please be advised that when booking any service we will require a deposit to secure the booking. This deposit is none refundable and will be deducted from the service price after treatment.
If you need to re-arrange your appointment please ensure this is done no later than 48hrs prior to appointment, any later than 48 hrs notice will result in deposit being lost, this is due to not having enough time to fill the appointment cancelled.
Some services may need a patch test 24hrs before appointment.
